This packaging project was done for my Graphic Production class while at Samford University. My job was to create a logo and packaging design based on a fictional business. To choose our fictional business, we were required to select an organic object (flower, fruit, leaf, etc.), select the product for sale based on our object, and select a name for the business. I chose the peach for my organic object, peach jam for my product, and "Eve's Farmhouse" for my business name. Our requirements were to create a label for the product's bottle, a box for the bottle to go in, and to have Barney's New York's logo on both the label and the box.

Eve's Farmhouse is a peach farm in Fort Valley, Georgia owned by the Underwood family. The name "Eve's Farmhouse" came from the idea that their peaches were as good as the peaches in the Garden of Eden. When the sales of their peach jam started to rise, the Underwoods decided to sell wholesale with Barney's New York.

My intent for this project was to create a design that portrayed southern hospitality and pleasantness.
